We're looking for a user-centred designer to join our SEO team. The position is fully remote, with flexible hours, but operating mainly on South African business hours.

Your tasks will encompass but not limited to:

• Boost Conversions and Sales: Your core mission will be to meaningfully grow conversions and revenue for our clients through optimised user experiences.
• Data-Inspired Designs: Leveraging your UX and UI skills and understanding of heatmaps and analytics, you'll work closely with other team members and clients to optimise design, usability and conversion.
• Beautiful Design: You will thrive on being the main design guru in our 10-person team and find creating a new landing page from scratch, or redesigning a website menu navigation to be a walk in the park.
• Insightful data analysis and reporting: You'll enjoy analysing data and pulling together critical insights and data to compile persuasive reports that prove our value as an agency.

Key Requirements:

• Have 4+ years specialising in designing stellar digital experiences, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design work that had a measurable impact on website conversions.
• You're a skilled web designer who has a solid understanding of user-centred design principles
• You love design, but you're also comfortable analysing heatmaps and user data.
• Proficiency in design and UX tools (eg Moqups, Convert, Clarity, Figma)
• Strong oral and written communication skills that enable you to persuasively present ideas and results to clients
